What if my artwork arrives damaged?
At Finucane Design Group, we strive for excellence and want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality of your artwork. We take all necessary precautions in packaging to make sure your unique artwork arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that something does get damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will work on resolving the issue. Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.

How do I start a commission?
Once we agree on the image, size and price, we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit to get you in our queue! FDG will then send you a contract and client questionaire to fill out at your convenience. Upon completion, FDG will send you an image for review and an invoice of the final balance consisting of the remaining 50% plus any shipping and handling costs. Your artwork will be sent once it is dry and payment is received!
What if I am unhappy with my commissioned artwork?
At Finucane Design Group, we strive for excellence and want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality of your artwork. Once the commission is complete, FDG will send you a photo of the finished artwork to make sure you are satisfied before shipment. Minor edits can be requested at this time. Charges may occur for larger edit requests.
Do you do live painting for weddings?
Yes, but at Finucane Design Group we do it in our own unique way. Our featured artist, Keely Finucane would contact you ahead of time for a favorite photo of the happy couple. The artist will start the oil painting (which generally takes a minimal of 40 hours) prior to the wedding and complete the painting on site! Please message us for pricing and information!
Can I order a custom print size for an artwork on your website?
Absolutely. Custom sizes are available upon request, as long as the requested size is proportional to the original artwork size. Please message us your request and we will be happy to assist!
Do you teach private art classes?
Yes! Please message us and let us know what you are looking for so we can provide rates.
I have a photo, can you paint it?
Absolutey! Send us a message with your image and we will get you started with a commission!
Can you frame canvas prints?
Yes! Any artwork that is stretched on regular bars like our canvas prints can easily be framed. Send us a message if you want to clarify the depth of the artwork you are interested in!
I just bought an artwork off your website, how long will it take for me to receive it?
Estimated shipping is 5-10 business days.
Do you do live painting for corporate or private events?
Yes! Please message us to describe your event and to discuss details and pricing.
What if I need to initiate a return?
Return packages must be postmarked within seven days of the order delivered to you to receive store credit. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial. Items must be completely undamaged.
What if I need to cancel my order?
No worries! You have two hours to request a cancellation if you change your mind and want a full refund.
Do you ship Internationally?
We are still working on shipping Internationally! Please send us a message if you want to buy an artwork and you are outside the US!
